Flamingos

Flamingos usually stay on one leg. It is not fully known why. The first flamingo that was born in a zoo was in 1958. Flamingos filter-feed on brine shrimp and algae. Scientests have found out Flamingos are dying thousands at a time. Flamingos can have one side of their body asleep while their other side is awake. Many birds are thought to be related to Flamingos. In Anceint Rome Flamingo tonges are considered a food.
